2.Visual concept
Depends on the timing allocated for the design, you will received one or two distinct design proposals, along with a video. Once approved, we will move forward with the commercial proposal.
3.Design Revision
Unlimited design proposals? YES! When there is interest, we work side by side until your idea feels just right in terms budget and visual.
4.Commercial Proposal and Agreement
Picking the right carpet, choosing the perfect color and the appropriate thickness is probably not on the top of your priority list, right?

5.Third party forms
Dimensioned sketches will be provided to the show in order to obtain construction booth approval. All the third-party forms along with technical diagrams will be fill out by our team and submitted on behalf of your company.
6.Booth production
Once we start the production of your booth and graphic printing and installation, you will receive pictures and videos. Right before shipping we will schedule a walkthrough of the first preset up in the warehouse.
7.On-site supervision
Beside the technical support before and during the show hours, we offer on-site supervision which includes handling the union teams and any third-party suppliers involved, stepping in to fix any issues occurred during on-site hours, and dealing with any last minute’s requests. Our presence onsite is to ensure you have a stress-free tradeshow experience.
