Cosmin leads by example and always puts the interests of the company and team ahead of his own. Through the good and bad times, he has provided motivation to the team to push the boundaries and unlock their full potential. Energized by exploring new opportunities and starting a new business.

Since 2006 he has opened 4 companies in the group of HT Group - all successful. Two decades in Tradeshow industry

Cristina Andrica

Financial Officer - Administrator - HT Group

Cristina is responsible for overseeing the financial health and stability of the HT Group while maintaining positive and strong working relationships within departments and across bossiness partners and stakeholders. She has the talent for turning tense moments into workable plans. Calm cool under pressure, and she is the one who brings balance to the team, making every team member heard and appreciated - 20 years of exhibitions

Ela is the most organized person in the company, highly disciplined and professional. Nothing escapes her timeline or checklist and never needs an introduction to start a deal. She can handle 40 projects at once, different venues without breaking a sweat. - 20 years in tradeshow industry.

Ana is addicted to the rush of last minutes changes, tight deadlines and working with international teams. Despite her terrible fear of flying, one of her favorites ‘sports’ is jumping from one plane to another just to keep projects on track. She has been with HT since 2016, right when the US subsidiary opened bringing her 5 years’ experience in European tradeshow before HT.
